The Tel started with a simple idea: a hotel room shouldn't feel like a hotel room. Across our Hollywood Beach and Fort Lauderdale properties, you'll find the same light-filled interiors, upscale furnishings, and uncluttered design, more like a well-kept modern condo than a standard room.

Both properties share that same design language on purpose. Whether you're steps from the sand in Hollywood Beach or in the middle of the action in Fort Lauderdale, the comfort and quality stay consistent. Egyptian cotton sheets, hydromassage showers, and thoughtful details are standard, not upgrades.

Is parking included with my stay?

Yes. Every reservation includes one private parking space at no additional charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least three days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made within three days of arrival will forfeit the 30% deposit.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in and check-out times are provided with your reservation. Early check-in from 12:30 PM and late check-out until 1:00 PM may be available with prior approval for a $50 fee.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.

How close are you to Hollywood Beach?

We are located just outside the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, approximately a short 20-step walk from the beach.

Should I stay in Hollywood Beach or Fort Lauderdale?

If you're looking for a quieter beach experience with easy access to restaurants, the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, and Fort Lauderdale attractions, Hollywood Beach offers the perfect balance. Many guests enjoy staying here while exploring all of South Florida.
